Jana Wilson is a nonprofit founder, community builder, and former educator who created The Love Mic Foundation to give underrepresented youth in Dallas access to performance, arts education, and creative mentorship. Drawing from years of experience in K–12 education and youth development, Jana has built the foundation into a pipeline that connects young artists with professional recording sessions, live performance opportunities, and career guidance. Jana brings warmth, energy, and an unwavering belief in the power of community to every conversation. At DDAMF, Jana shares how creators can build supportive networks that elevate not just themselves but entire communities.
